RACM Annual Meeting Recap – October 16, 2025
The REALTOR® Association of Central Massachusetts (RACM) held its Annual Meeting on Thursday, October 16, 2025, at Pleasant Valley Country Club. The event brought together REALTORS® from across the region to review updates, vote on important policies, and recognize the dedicated leadership behind the Association’s work.
The meeting agenda included financial updates, discussions on member engagement, and important policy matters. Members had the opportunity to debate new proposals, share perspectives, and cast votes on updates that impact the Association at a local level. Key discussions included updates related to the new forms needed for the Home Inspection Law, the adoption of Forewarn, and continued conversations around crumbling concrete; an issue still awaiting resolution at the state level.
As part of the meeting, Board of Directors members, including Elisha Lynch, were recognized for their work in drafting policy updates and preparing matters for discussion. Elisha was also acknowledged as a Major Investor, underscoring her commitment to strengthening the Real Estate profession and protecting homeownership at the local and state level.
The Annual Meeting also served as a chance for members to connect and reflect on the importance of REALTOR® advocacy. The gathering was not only a time for important business but also a reminder of the collective effort REALTORS® contribute behind the scenes to uphold professional standards, advocate for clients, and strengthen the housing market in Central Massachusetts.
